February is here, love is in the air! And is there a more loving thing to do than send your husbands out for a night of fun at our Men’s poker tournament?! This annual event is a big draw for the men of HNC, there is even a trophy that is passed down annually to the event winner! Plus your man could potentially bring home prizes including tickets to Celtics and Red Sox games and gift cards to a variety of local restaurants.
Don’t worry ladies we’ve got great events for you too... this month is all about the bar. First join us on Feb 20th at the bar at Sapa for ladies night out - scorpion bowls anyone?? Then throw on your yoga pants for a different type of bar experience on Feb 26th- Bar Method Hingham! This amazing workout is a fan favorite of women around town and they are offering us 50% off the class price. It's that time of year. The 8th Annual Charity Poker Tournament is scheduled for Friday, February 28th at the South Shore Country Club Simulator Room. Join us from 7PM-11PM to shake off the winter rust from your golf swing, have some food and drinks, and play a friendly game of high stakes poker!
Last year's winner, Bill Fortune, will be bringing the trophy and looking to become a back to back champion. We can only fit 50 people in the Simulator room, so tickets are limited. Please buy them at the link below!

Come learn the fundamentals of needlepoint with a beginners workshop at the new location of Hingham Square Needlepoint! No experience necessary. Beginner's project will be a key lanyard with your personalized initials!

Dinner Club?!......
As a board we have been discussing bringing back some of the oldie but goodie activities of HNC's yonder years. One of the beloved traditions was a progressive dinner club where interested individuals could sign up to be added to a dinner club. What is a dinner club??Traditionally, a progressive dinner club involves attending three different host homes for appetizers, dinner and dessert. Hosts rotate and all individuals involved contribute. We are still ironing out the details but wanted to poll club members to see who might interested in joining! Please email hinghamnewcomers@gmail.com if you are interested!
