Hello HNC Members,
We hope you have all been safe during these trying and uncertain times, and enjoying the beautiful summer months as much as possible!
As HNC begins to gear up from our summer hiatus, we are navigating this new reality as best as we can. Most importantly, we want to keep you and our community as safe as possible. Below are our planned efforts to connect members for the upcoming Fall...
Facebook: We still have our public Hingham Newcomers page, which will provide club and town updates. However, we have also created a private Facebook group, HNC 2020. The goal of this private group is to provide a place for current members to reach out to one another, ask questions and grow connections! CLICK to request to join the page
Play Groups: Knowing how important safety and socialization is to our members, both big and little! Coming in mid September, we will "host" informal meet-ups at local playgrounds- location/date/time TBD.
We will still be creating traditional playgroups, and allowing the individual groups to connect and meet up at their own discretion. If you would like to join a new play group please email hinghamnewcomers@gmail.com.
Book Club: We will still be creating book clubs, and allowing current clubs to connect and meet at their own discretion. If you would like to join a new book club please email hncbookclub@gmail.com
Meal Trains: We will continue organizing meal trains for members who have just welcomed a new little one into their lives! Please reach out to hncsunshine@gmail.com if you or any member friends are expecting.
We currently have a meal train running for the Andrews Family, who just welcomed a new baby boy! To sign up please click HERE!
Membership Renewals: Our membership is structured annually, due to the restrictions and limited use the club can provide to members we have decided to extend all new and current memberships free of charge to Sept 2021. While the website might prompt you "renew" your membership, this is simply for website design and tracking purposes.
