About the Event
Join other HNC moms of babies for a mom and baby carrier pilates sculpt class! It is a chance to move, bond, and breathe together with our young babies. We start on our mats with core and glute work and follow with a standing portion with babies in carriers. This class will allow you to meet other moms and get a strengthening workout with your little one. Pregnant moms welcome! The event address will be sent to all attendees.
