About the Event
Known for lengthening, strengthening, toning and shaping the entire body, Pilates Mat Class challenges us physically and mentally. Maintaining a Classical Pilates discipline, this class will incorporate modifications to make class accessible to all levels. Class will focus on breathing, alignment, and intentional activation of muscles while finding the joy and pleasure available within the method.
*Participants should wear athletic clothes and socks. Mats are provided.
*Wine from Barrel and Vine in Cohassett after class!
