The Hingham Newcomers Club provides newcomers with many fun opportunities to meet others and learn more about our town by participating in club activities and attending club events.

Joining is easy!  As a member of the club, you will receive a monthly newsletter filled with information about upcoming events and activities.  Then you decide which events interest you… you may attend just one or you may attend them all!

Welcoming Parties

Twice a year we welcome new townspeople with a fun, informal evening hosted by one of our members.  These welcoming parties give those new to town the change to learn more about Hingham and our club.

If you or someone you know is new to town and would like to receive an invitation to our next welcoming party, please email us.  You need not be a member to attend, just new to Hingham!

Helpful Hints

To help you get started in Hingham, we surveyed our membership for helpful recommendations for everything from painters to help you give your new lime green kitchen a facelift to places to throw a birthday party for your four-year old while your basement is being finished… be sure to visit our Helpful Hints section to answer some commonly asked questions.
